Do you know change in policy regarding commercial registration in Japan on March 2015?
Before that revision was made, at least one resident in Japan should be representative director at the time of establishment of Japanese corporation according to internal rule in ministry of justice.
Which made it impossible for foreigner living out of Japan to establish his/her own corporation in Japan by himself/herself.
Foreigners used to find out Japanese resident who can be their business partner to establish corporation in Japan at least at the time of registration.
By this change, it becomes possible for foreigner living out of Japan to establish his/her own corporation by himself/herself because they can be representative director living outside Japan.
Though there are some obstacles, this change will be beneficial for foreign entrepreneurs.
